The Locals in Kitgum, Lamwo districts and the President of Uganda through Oulanyah Deputy Speaker of Parliament of Uganda contributed up to Fifty million Uganda Shillings only (ugx 50m) cash toward the construction of the three - strorey maternity hospital at IGF centre in Kitgum district due to alarming statistics of mothers and babies dying on daily basis during child birth.
